### **Album Design FAQs**

**Q: Do you design only wedding albums, or do you handle other events as well?**  

**A:** Absolutely! We do birthdays, maternity shoots, engagements, pre-weddings, etc.

**Q: How many rounds of revisions do I get?**  

**A:** One revision for the photographer and one for the client. Additional revisions are chargeable per sheet.

**Q: How will you deliver the final album layouts?**  

**A:** We’ll send high-resolution JPEGs via WeTransfer or Google Drive.

**Q: When can I expect the first draft?**  

**A:** The first draft will be sent within 4 to 6 business days after we receive your order form, images, and deposit.

**Turnaround Times:**

- First draft: 4 business days after receiving materials.

- Revisions: 2 business days after receiving feedback.

- Final delivery: 1 business day after approval.

**Q: Should I send the exact images for the album, or will you choose them?**  

**A:** You can send the exact images, or our designer can cull up to 25 images at no extra charge.

**Q: How should I send the images?**  

**A:** Please ensure images are color-corrected and in chronological order. Send them as a zip file via WeTransfer or Google Drive.

**Q: How does the proofing and revision process work?**  

**A:** We use an online proofing system where you can leave comments for changes.

**Q: Can you interact directly with my client for feedback?**  

**A:** Yes, we will communicate with your client and keep you updated.

**Q: How can I make a payment?**  

**A:** After reviewing your order, we’ll send an estimate. Payment can be made through our website dashboard.

### **Lightroom Editing FAQs**

**Q: How do I upload my images or files?**  

**A:** Send RAW, JPEG, or Lightroom Catalog with smart previews via Google Drive or WeTransfer, or courier to:

**Q: How will I receive my files?**  

**A:** Lightroom Catalogs will be returned as is. RAW or JPEG files will be sent as high-resolution JPEGs via Google Drive or WeTransfer.

**Q: What Lightroom versions do you accept?**  

**A:** We accept Lightroom version 6 and Lightroom CC.

**Q: Do you offer a trial?**

**Q: How long does it take?**  

**A:** Up to 500 images will be delivered within 4 business days.

**Q: I use specific Lightroom presets. Can you work with those?**  

**A:** Yes, send your presets to hello@foxelab.com.

**Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?**  

**A:** No, there is no minimum order.

**Q: How can I make a payment?**  

**A:** Once we receive your order and files, updates will be provided on your dashboard. After the work is completed, we will send a final invoice, which can be paid through the dashboard.
